A SWOT analysis is a strategic planning and strategic management technique used to help a person or organization identify Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats related to business competition or project planning. It is sometimes called situational assessment or situational analysis.
In order to connect with the community and better align with the goals of the community SNO is committed to conducting a SWOT biannually. The current Survey will be open from September 28th, 2026 until December 1st, 2026.
