The SNO Board votes annually to add funds to the Fix & Paint Program, a deferred loan program for exterior home repair projects. Submit comments by the February Board Meeting (Feb 22nd) or attend to share your ideas on how we can change the program to better serve our neighborhood and how much funding should be allocated towards it.
Typically, about $50,000 is allocated to this program, allowing for at least 10 loans of up to $5,000 for Sheridan homeowners. This year, we are planning to open up the program to renters who work with their landlords on the application.

The Fix & Paint Lottery Draw took place at the Annual Meeting on April 27th!

We have allocated $50k towards Fix & Paint which will cover at least 10 full $5k loans and many only asked for partial loans, so it is entirely possible that we will get to everyone. We will contact ticket holders in the above order. If you do not receive a loan this year, you are welcome to enter the lottery again next year!

The Fix & Paint Program Lottery Submissions are Due April 27th!
SNO has a long-standing program to support Sheridan homeowners by providing 0% interest matching deferred loans for exterior home improvements. Submit a lottery ticket to our email or mail it in to our office by April 27th at 5pm to be put in the lottery! We will draw lottery winners at our Annual Meeting on April 27th.
